The system is running slow.
Should the system be performing slowly, ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements and that all other application windows have been closed. Additionally, try re-booting your system.
Remember, Diversity University is deployed through a browser window and performance depends upon you or your organization's connection to the internet.
Should your system be running slowly, check the performance of other websites. Do they display quickly? If not, there is a good chance that your network environment may be temporarily running slow. Should this be the case, bookmark your progress and try again at a time when the network environment is running faster.
Remember Diversity University and its applications and courses are optimized to DSL/Cable modem and above bandwidth speeds. Should you continue to experience problems please contact techsupport@diversityuniversity.com.

What happens if my screen locks up?
Should your screen "lock up" or your browser window become non-responsive, please close your browser window and re-login to www.diversityuniversity.com. The system automatically bookmarks your progress several times while you are taking the course. While the application will not bring you back to the exact point where your system locked up, it will return you to the last point the system bookmarked your progress. Our courses are set up to bookmark at certain points in the courses, and you can also manually bookmark at any point in the course by clicking on the bookmark button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. There is an exception for quizzes and exercises, however. Bookmarking will not work for quizzes and exercises since they are interactive activities.
A screen that is locking up is usally due to a low amount of avialble bandwidth to play the audio and video. When this happens, the program will usually stop playing, or you won't be able to hear or see either the audio/video, or both. Please close all applications, except your internet broswer, and also, please disconnect any VPN, Virtual Private Network, or remote mobile connection to your organization's network. This type of program will draw away the power that is needed to run the program.
Should you continue to experience problems please contact techsupport@diversityuniversity.com.
