Designed to create robust, meaningful and measurable training programs in a highly interactive e-learning environment that engages and challenges learners to truly learn, Diversity University provides extremely cost effective alternatives to traditional training methods. While not a complete substitute for traditional training, we believe the evolution of technology affords tremendous cost savings and allows for personalized learning opportunities. Our approach is "blended" combining e-learning with traditional training and follow-up coaching and e-courses to maximize effectiveness. Currently there are over 50 courses planned for the Diversity University Virtual Campus.
