After participants have completed their online courses, they can be enrolled in our automated Diversity-in-Practice e-course ~ Reality Bytes™. This innovative learning tool is designed to reinforce the content of the e-learning modules or can serve as a stand-alone training tool. Dozens of customizable, work-related diversity scenarios provide users with insight into typical situations and challenge their diversity knowledge and skills as they select appropriate action steps to address tough issues. Each scenario is 2-3 paragraphs, delivered directly to the user's Inbox, and takes about 3-5 minutes to read and respond. Based on their response, participants receive immediate feedback from our Learning Management System that congratulates them on selecting the best solution, or gives them the correct answer along with an explanation. This is done in a very non-confrontational manner - they'll have up to four choices and at least two of them will be appropriate. The purpose is to encourage participants to think through tough issues and apply the knowledge they've gained.
